Reviews/Testimonials for Fries, Thighs and Lies
Deborah,
On behalf of the entire Inner Quest production team I wanted to thank you for participating in our two tapings last night. Not only did you provide a great deal of informationive insight for our viewers but you appeared incredibly comfortable under the spotlight. Thank you for helping us out by remaining for a second interview. I hope it was not an imposition [and that] in the near future we can have you return as a guest again. I look forward to reading your book.
Take Care,

Deborah –
It was really a pleasure to meet you and to have you in our store. Thank you for being here and for all your wonderful advice. I’m still reading the book, though I’m almost finished. Right now I’m reading some of the success stories, which of course is very motivating! I made it to the health food store and purchased some more enzymes and essential oils, then I started my day with my protein shake made just the way you suggested. I also had herbal tea this morning and now I’m working my way through a large bottle of Fiji water!! I’m off to a good start and I’ll keep you posted on my progress
Sincerely,
Marcy

Good Morning,
Just writing to say THANKS, what a great book. 1st pass – read it cover to cover. Starting the 2nd pass now as I begin to apply the principles, all of which were presented clearly and with good humor.
I so appreciated meeting Ms. Deborah Arneson in person at the Borders in Coon Rapids MN on 1/12/08. It was one of those meant to be moments. I was walking by her book signing table, caught the catchy title of the book, and was set to keep on walking (since I have my fair share of diet and nutrition books) but she asked ma a question and a conversation was started.
Much of what we talked about I already knew at least in bits and pieces. I appreciate how her book brings all the bits and pieces together. I’m not even in full swing but I’m already telling people about the book – especially those of my friends and acquaintances who have struggled with many of the same issues and concerns I’ve had over the years.

Hi Ms. Arneson –
I saw you at Border’s in Tacoma this evening. It was a pleasure to meet you and hear a little bit about what you stand for in the world of health and nutrition. Your book is very informative and “satisfying”. It’s a very quick read that has great advice and humor. Your writing style reminds me of Dr. Oz and your candidness mirrors that of myself. One part of the book that perked me up was regarding one’s stool. I will not get into this topic here, but I will say you covered it appropriately.

I stayed up late Saturday night to watch both interviews with Debbie (Deborah) Arneson. I was really impressed with your ease of interview and your knowledge of the subject which really brought the best out of Deborah who’s incredibly knowledgeable. The two of you should take your show on the road.
I will view it again this week. I’m going to make a concentrated effort to change my horrible life long eating hap\bits.
Thanks for the DVD and the sound advice,
